Additional responsibilities include: Communicates directly with contractors, customers and field concerning project cost, staffing and schedulingPrepares project status reports and works to ensure plans adhere to contract specifications.May be responsible for reporting financial and business metrics. Requirements for this position are as follows: BS degree preferred� Minimum 5 - 7 years of supervisory level experience in the wireless construction field. Experience should encompass reporting and metrics as well as running tower crews.� Comprehensive knowledge with a variety of the business concepts, practices, and procedures.� Forward facing client experience is required. This is a long term contract position based out of Pittsburgh, PA. Construction Supervisor

Details: The Construction Supervisor  will be responsible and accountable for field construction projects including, but not limited to, pipelines, gas gathering systems, water distribution systems, well facilities, compression facilities, drilling and completion pads, and transportation infrastructure such as roads.  This position ensures proper planning and design to meet company, regulatory, and budgetary performance measures.  The Construction Coordinator may also assist with the daily operations activities of these facilities. Position Requirements: (1) Demonstrated experience in field construction activities including wellsite facilities, pipelines, gathering lines, water impoundments, water lines, and transportation infrastructure. (2) Demonstrated ability and experience in directing and overseeing contractors, including, but not limited to, surveyors, excavators, and welders. (3) Demonstrates ability to coordinate and plan short and long-term work tasks to meet spud, first sales, production, LOE, and capital budget goals.  Communicates with direct supervisor and team members.  Ensures accurate and timely reporting of critical activities. (4) Demonstrates ability to pre-plan construction projects, including developing and justifying cost estimates. (5) Develop, implement, and evaluate inspection and testing programs to assure construction quality, contractor and inspector competency, and regulatory compliance. (6)  Ensure appropriate documentation of projects, including change-orders, as-built drawings, and GPS data. (7) Work to continuously improve asset operations, including new technologies, bid evaluations, and cost-cutting measures. (8)  Provides operations assistance to Regulatory, Drilling, Production, Accounting, and Field Administration.  (9) Assist with and coordinate environmental and regulatory-driven construction projects, including compliance and remediation. (10) Candidate must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle multiple tasks with changing and conflicting responsibilities and accountabilities.  Must be self-motivated and an enthusiastic team player capable of completing tasks in a group environment. POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for project management and field supervision from development through commissioning on pipeline projects for the Liberty Business Unit. Performs all work in compliance with company standards, procedures, and government requirements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage projects with a focus on quality, compliance with engineering drawings, applicable code and standards, and construction schedule and cost.
